Shipping & Returns

What are your terms and conditions for returns?

  • Return period ends 30 days from date of receipt of product.
  • All returns must have a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). Contact seller for RMA number before shipping.
  • Returned products must be in good condition, with no scratches, dents, or markings.
  • All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included.
  • All original packaging must be included. Units should be double boxed.
  • The Return Material Authorization number (RMA)  must be on the shipping label and/or on the outer carton (but NOT on the products packaging).
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RMA number, freight collect, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
  • International returns will only be accepted for DOA or defective products, which must be in as-new condition in their original packaging.
  • Return Material Authorization numbers (RMA)  are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after this time will be refused.
  • Refunds will be for 100% of the purchase price, unless a higher restocking fee applies (see below). We refund the 100% cost of the product, but not the shipping cost(s).
  • If payment was made by credit card, we will refund the purchase price of products to the credit card used.  Depending on your bank it can take 1-3 business days to appear in your account.
  • Returned products that do not meet these conditions or products damaged upon return may be refused, or subjected to a re-stocking fee of up to 25%.
