Sprint Dropped Calls
One of the most annoying things about any cell phone carrier is trying to hold a conversation, especially a business conversation and then having the call drop right in the middle.
Buried in Sprint’s Terms and Conditions of Service contract is one bit of information that goes unmentioned in the promos: “We are not liable for any damage arising out of or in connection with any dropped calls.” Policies like these sound great in the boardrooms of Sprint to protect their bottom line - however don't sound so good to the many customers who have signed contracts and are simply trying to use the service which they agreed to pay for.
Granted there are sometime variables that come into play such as weather conditions, reflections from buildings and bodies of water hence you sometimes need to take matter into your own hands.
